MANUFACTURING:

• Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the USA, Canada and Asia utilize European techniques to assure production quality and reliability.
• All of our casegoods are equipped with high-tech commercial grade hardware such as swivels, sides, hinges and glides, as well as UL approved electrical components.
• All wood components are kiln dried in house to maintain stability and integrity.
• All upholstery products are constructed with sinuous (no sag) wire springs made of tempered steel in a hardwood frame. Included are various size sleeper mechanisms featuring foam wrapped innerspring 5 ¼” mattress to provide comfort and durability.
• New materials include environmentally-friendly and green standard components.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

• We maintain packaging procedures for facile distribution and provide you with placement plans for the convenience of product location and inventory.
• Each product is individually packaged to meet all freight handling standards.
• We strive to ensure that all of our products meet prescribed shipping dates, and all deliveries are final destinations organized and labeled for convenience.
